Responsibilities
Zhang Hua is responsible for ecology and environment, water affairs, cultural affairs, radio, television, tourism and sports, meteorological affairs, and local chronicles.
She oversees municipal Ecology Environment Bureau, municipal Water Affairs Bureau, municipal Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism and Sports Bureau, municipal Meteorology Bureau, and Local Chronicles Office.
She liaises with Guangdong Yue Gang Water Supply Company Limited.
Biography
Zhang Hua, female, ethnic Han, born in January, 1966, is a member of the Chinese Peasants and Workers Democratic Party. She holds an in-service doctoral degree in engineering. She is now Vice Mayor of Shenzhen Municipal People's Government, Vice Chairperson of the Guangdong Committee of Chinese Peasants and Workers Democratic Party.
