Responsibilities
Liu Guozhou is responsible for public security, coast defense and counter-smuggling.
He oversees the work of Municipal Public Security Bureau and Municipal Coast Defense and Counter-Smuggling Office.
He liaises with Shenzhen State Security Bureau, Shenzhen Garrison Area Command, Shenzhen Detachment of the Armed Police, the Second and Third Duty Detachments of Guangdong Provincial Armed Police Corps, Shenzhen General Station of Immigration Inspection, and the Third Branch of Securities Crime Investigation Bureau of Ministry of Public Security.
Biography
Liu Guozhou, male, ethnic Han, born in December 1971, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He has completed in-service graduate program with a Master’s degree in Management. He is now Vice Mayor and Member of the Party Leadership Group of the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government, Director General, Party Secretary and Chief Inspector of Shenzhen Municipal Public Security Bureau, First Vice Secretary of Political and Legal Affairs Committee of the CPC Shenzhen Municipal Committee.
