Yang Shengjun assists Huang Min and Yu Gang with their work in advancing construction of major projects, including projects on environment improvement, rail transport, key area development and etc.
Biography
Yang Shengjun, male, ethnic Han, born in December 1962, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He holds an EMBA Degree and a Master’s Degree in Law. He is now Member of the Party Leadership Group of the Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government (provincial department level).
